I live away so was great to be able to order the flowers online for my sisters birthday with no hassle, they arrived on time and she was so happy with them :) can’t wait to see the lilies when they bloom in a few days! Great presentation and all round great service! Thank you!

I don't often send flowers all that often, but when I do, I will always use this florist. The staff are unfailingly lovely, and the shop itself is a pleasure to walk into as it is so beautiful.
Last year, my father passed away, and I used them for the funeral flowers. I didn't want a traditional funeral wreath, and explained (badly) what I had in my head. Somehow, they managed to pull this off, and the flowers were the most beautiful and classy bouquet I think I've ever seen. Many people commented on how fitting they were. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this branch of Ferguson Flowers on the Belmont road, and myself, wouldn't use anyone else.

I was emailed with a great deal from Ferguson Flowers and thought I'd treat my mum. The buying process was easy and quick and they were very good to send me updated emails with what was happening.
I am a repeat customer and probably will be for some time.

Used Ferguson Flowers for the first time. Visited the shop around 12pm on a very busy Friday. Three girls were making bouquets and a lady was taking orders. Was surprised to see a back room full of additional flowers, so this shop, despite its small appearance, has a large array of flowers to choose from. Delivery van was being loaded with arrangements, so they are obviously busy. The lady taking my order could not have been more helpful. Decided NOT to go for the normal interflora type bouquet, as the shops own arrangements seemed far superior. I was able to choose my own colours etc and asked for a youthful, vibrant arrangement. The flowers that i ordered were delivered the next day for £5 and matched my description exactly. They were absolutely beautiful and I will definitely use this shop again.

Overall I'm super impressed with the service I received, I placed my order in the morning for my mother in laws birthday as a last minute extra gift, unsure with what to send I opted to choose the florist choice Bouquet- which may I add did not disappoint. The bouquet was £30.00 bright full in volume and colourful with fresh flowers in a unique style compared to some of the generic products listed on the website.

I completed my whole order online before 9am and once ordered, left in the hands of Ferguson's. I received an image and note of thanks from my mother in law just shortly after 1pm from a very happy birthday girl! The simplicity of ordering and the quick turn around of the delivery has surprised me and I would honestly have no hesitation to order again! Thank you!
