Our newest addition to the Inishmacsaint range, 'Little Dog IPA'
Nestled in the uplands above our brewery lie two mountains known locally as Big Dog and Little dog. They are named after Finn MacCool's two wolfhounds, Sgeolan and Bran. Legend has it that whilst out hunting, the two dogs chased a witch who promptly turned herself into a doe in order to escape. As the dogs were slowly gaining on her they were turned into the two mountains we see today.
Little dog IPA is a natura...lly cloudy, light and refreshing pale ale, generously dry hopped for a citrus aroma and balanced bitterness.

Right, that's dinner sorted, not a massive fan of poncey food/beer pairing but these chanterelles and late summer ceps will go down a treat with a cold glass of our lough Erne brown Porter. (PS for a proper beer/food pairing try a pure foundered with a packet of Tayto cheese and onion....hard to bate)
