Brilliant vet. Very popular with both animals and owners, there is always a queue at the start of her surgery and people come from far and wide. Doesn't overcharge for her great service. Very capable and professional.
Phoned thinking my horse was gonna get put down. After two days waiting and being cancelled twice. Lara who I can honestly say is extremely rude told me to get another vet as they would not now not be able to see my horse who is 35 years old horse and who has uses Claire for 21 years and who was in pain and not eating for several days until Monday at the earliest as today was now Friday. She told me "Claire is dealing with emergencies and animals of importance." I'm sorry but is my horse not considered an emergency if we think he's come to the end and are all animals not important to a vet.
Claire is brilliant at her job and it's so obvious she loves animals. She is also a lovely lady. Reception staff are super friendly and helpful. It is always busy here which proves what a super job Claire and her team do. Claire is a very reasonably priced vet ( cheaper than anywhere else I have used). Would definitely recommend this place, I haven't any negatives!
