💡Client Transformation💡 - Ciara Mcgreevy ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Since having her little boy Rían Ciara put on 4 stone and just felt it was getting worse! Fat Free isn’t Fat Free.....⁣ ⁣ Most people when they see a food labelled as ‘Fat free’ the immediately think it’s healthy or that they can eat as much as they want. The thing is when the fat is taken out of a food other stuff like sugar, flour, sweeteners and salt are added in to make it taste better but this also increases the calories. ⁣ ⁣ Some fat free foods have the same calories as the full fat version, but due to their higher sugar content cause a spike in insulin maki...ng you want to eat more to feel satisfied.⁣ ⁣ 3 things to remember⁣ ⁣ 1. A calorie is still a calorie whether it’s from fat free or full fat foods. Just because it says fat free doesn’t mean you can eat as many as you want 🔑 ⁣ ⁣ 2. Look at this amazing transformation from Gemma Jones 💪🏻💪🏻 ⁣ ⁣ She was feeling really fed up with being overweight, going clothes shopping was a complete nightmare and something she didn’t find enjoyable, she was feeling incredibly frustrated that she couldn’t shop in whatever shop she wanted due to having to buy plus size clothes 😭Gemma has been a member of one weight loss group or another for most of her life but has never stuck to the plan in the long term as she found them... too restrictive⁣ ⁣ She joined the semi private programme after having her second baby, and admits she was a bit nervous in starting as it was the first time she’d have exercised in 2.5 years but with her wedding quickly approaching at the end of the year she knew she needed to do something now so she can look amazing and feel confident on her big day. 💪🔥⁣ ⁣ When she started she was immediately put at ease and realised everyone was there for the same reason. The biggest training mistake people often make is Over Training!!! 🙈🙈⁣ ⁣ You don’t need to train 7 days a week 2 hours a day to see fantastic results!! 😁 Having a rest day between sessions is actually more beneficial as it gives your body time to repair and recover. When you exercise your body breaks down your muscle, it’s in your rest days that they grow back stronger and more better shaped.💪🏻⁣ ⁣ Personally I train 4 times per week, 50 mins to an hour max. I’ve seen myself ...having to rest an entire week as I knew that’s what my body needed, and did it stop my progress absolutely not. I was sick of what I saw in the mirror, I was tired trying all the fad diets that only worked short term for me. Believe me I tried them all weight watchers, slimming world, diet pills, juice diets and clean 9.
