Your sausages are fantastic! Really good flavour.
We thoroughly enjoyed the sausages but we like smoked streaky bacon
This bacon is great � not only are the pigs well cared for and reared outdoors but the product is melt in the mouth good and tasty Can't wait to try the smoked variety next �
The bacon is fantastic! Little fat and no water or white gunk.
Superb products, well priced nice range- looking forward to more
Our local sainsburys (wrexham) have started selling the bacon & sausage, it's so nice to have good old fashioned bacon & sausage that tastes so nice and cooks without shrinkage. Will be buying these from now on. Big thanks to Finnebrogue Artisan �

I can't commend the Oisin venison fillets highly enough.
If you're an average cook who wants to try something different, then I don't think you can go wrong with this beautiful venison.
Particularly suitable for 'Jack Spratts' like me, who don't like fatty meat!
Wonderful lean fillets with no compromise on taste. I served mine with backberry sauce (BBC Good Food recipe) - really straightforward and absolutely delicious.
Great! Been waiting for healthy products like this. Only problem, finding them in the shops.

From someone who thought products like bacon needed Nitrates for preserve or flavour, knowing now that's it's harmfulI. I am extremely surprised that such a product now exists and is delicious

And for those who dounbt that standard nitrate-curing proicesses are carcinogenic... read the Guardian article (google guardian, nitrate-free bacon and it will be at the top of the list) Bacon doesn't need to be made using this chemical, thank you Finnebrogue Artisan!
Brought Naked Ultimate Pork Sausages today, they are amazing, so tasty! Can’t wait to try more products in your range!!
Bacon, just like it used to be and tasty
I loved the Bad Dog Cheese and Jaelopino sausages but beware the burst of hot melted cheese when you bite into them as it can cause a nasty burn. Safest eaten with a knife and fork, not in a hot dog roll
The welfare of the Pigs must come first.
These are indoor raised..... hardly what I’d call ‘artisan’.
They are not the only, nor the first not to use Nitates.
Buy from a real artisan that cares.
Pat O’Doherty of O’Doherty’s Fine Meats in Fermanagh, has responded to the processor’s claims that it has created the first-ever bacon product that contains no nitrites.
The butcher launched his own nitrite-free bacon in 2000 following a five-year development process, and, as well as being sold in his own shop, the bacon is available in retail outlets throughout the UK.
Speaking to Meat Trades Journal, O’Doherty said: “I’m not against anyone selling a product, but Finnebrogue has ignored the fact that nitrite-free bacon has been sold in the UK for some time. I don’t like that big companies are trying to sweep smaller ones under the rug.”
The butcher detailed a list of accolades the product has won since its launch, including Innovation of the Year in the Butcher’s Shop of the Year Awards in 2010 for his in-depth study of nitrite-free bacon.
