Delighted to have had great meeting with Paul Hines of STARS today and have them and Emerge counselling services on board as our chosen charity's for the Fit4less Fundraiser quiz night 2019, Both do incredible work for mental health and I hope you can join myself and all the team for a great night of fun and awareness on April 13th.
There is already been amazing response in the gym to this with over 40 names down already this is open to anyone please come bring a friend famil...y member with you. Sheet still at reception in Fit4less with the tickets which are £10 ,get down put name down if your not a member just mail me and I can get tickets for you.
We also will be having a raffle on the night I have been given some kind donations from different businesses already but if anyone would like to donate please get in touch will be greatly appreciated.
Now that the ball is rolling properly I will be meeting with the other half of the entertainment Rhiannon to plan a great night, quiz was a great success last year you can join a team on the night or if you are bringing your own team thats great too.

Over the month of February we ran our 1st gym challenge of the year, ‘The Big 3’ which was competitive and full of banter between the competitors,
Based on your body weight it was a challenge to see who could do the best Bench press, Squat and Deadlift, top 5 are below, Well done to the winner Cóilin Ferrin who receives from club manager Jamie a free months membership for his efforts, lifting combined 5.25 off his bodyweight.
Special mention to our very own Jack Murphy who ran this competition amazingly, keep an eye out for our next gym challenge in near future. 💪🏼👏🏼

in my humble opinion the No1 gym in Lisburn. Great facilities...staff who wont stand and watch you struggle and a real community feel about the place. Highly recommended

What an amazing gym! Jamie, welcomed me in and gave me a quick tour of the gym and then left me to it � tons of machinery and a real friendly atmosphere! I'm just on holiday seeing family in Belfast but it's great to know that I can use a great gym while away from home!

Was with the gym about a year when i went of to have a baby, couldn't wait to get back especially to the spin classes, i love them, gives me a wee bit of me time. Ive moved further away from the gym, but after my daughter i still wanted to go back to fit4less, not posey, very friendly and very happy to be back.�

This is no ordinary gym! its not all full of thin glamours people!, there are some ! but you only have to look at manager Richard to know its not a requirement!

The Personal Trainers aren't all buff boys staring at themselves in mirrors! the owner clearly had a sense of humour when he got PTs Phil and Chris on board ! The owner Chris trains himself at the gym and if your lucky he'll bake you a friday protein treat in nothing but a birthday suit and apron ! and post the photo of him doing it!

The team are without doubt both professional but super fun to be around !

And after two years of them all ribbing constantly! i still love going there!

Only joined properly about 3 weeks ago! Me and my friend have been going to classes 3 times a week! Love the class and all the instructors, great atmosphere and everyone so friendly!! Thank you!!! Love this place!!

Just spent a great weeks holiday visiting family in Belfast. As holidays usually go, lots of eating and drinking was on the agenda and therefore those unwanted calories. As members of Fit4less Lincoln we enquired if we could use the Fit4less club in Lisburn whilst on holiday. Chris Brown and his team at Lisburn could not of been more helpful. All of the staff were polite, professional and made us feel very welcome. It was great to see Chris and his team taking the time of day to just catch up with members and have as they say in Northern Ireland a good crac. The club was well presented and staff were regularly seen keeping the place in a clean and tidy condition.

Joined Fit4less to lose some pounds after having a baby girl and have thoroughly enjoyed every session over the past 6 months. Always greeted with a smile and friendly hello from the staff. This is genuinely the only place that I can totally switch off from life, clear my head and focus on exercise. I have to be honest and admit I don't use all of the equipment available which is substantial but would have no hesitation in asking one of the staff how to use something if I was unsure. Everything is kept very clean and I notice faults with machines are tended to very quickly. Keep up the good work Fit4less!

Ive been a member at this gym from it opened . The staff have always been so freindly and helpful and approcable !. I have found in the past with other gyms that has not been the case where i could approach staff and ask for help to acheive my goals . Overall i would rate this gym 5 out of 5 !! 100% . I finally got in to get a programme done out for me (���) so I'm really looking forward to keeping at the gym and trying a few classes �

From the second you walk in you feel welcome, you have great varied classes, you have great equipment (with exciting new equipment en-route)you have fun but most of all the staff are always there for advice! Make that appointment and sign up. (Oh BTW the outings are pretty awesome too)!!! ��

Have been a member here since Jan 2013 so I feel like I'm part of the Fit4less Lisburn gym family! The gym team here have always been very friendly, motivating & supportive of my fitness goals. If you ask for help, you will get it! The classes are an excellent way to switch up the gym routine which can get a bit boring on your own. The instructors are highly motivated & energetic in what they do. Gym equipment is always well maintained & will be added to shortly once the refurb is complete in a few weeks - looking forward to that!!!

Great team very down to earth and not up there own asses like most gyms also great members friendly and full of advice and encouragement been threw a few gyms in my time and it's the best I've been at I recommend it to everyone everytime

Great gym with lots of fantastic equipment, in particular the "rig" that has lots of fun add ons which can be used for a variety of exercises. The gym staff are super friendly, very helpful and motivating. Would highly recommend a visit! :)

Great gym and equipment with friendly and knowledgeable staff. When the building work is complete it will be even better with new equipment and more scope for even bigger and better classes. Very competitive membership price too, thanks guys!

From the minute I walked through the doors of this place myself & my 2 daughters were made very welcome ! I had Jamie's head turned & nothing was a problem ! Every single member of staff is very friendly they never pass you without a "hello" ! Classes are fantastic ! So glad I made the move as I haven't trained in over a year �

I have found in the past with other gyms that has not been the case where i could approach staff and ask for help to acheive my goals . Overall i would rate this gym 5 out of 5 !! 100% . I have been member from gym has opened and wouldn't go anywhere else The Staff are all so friendly and every class a instructor is fantastic you get great work outs and there is so much to choose from It has been my life line and we are all like a family Thanks to everyone always been there for me big hugs Rosie ��

I hated the gym until I joined here, have been to other gyms and felt so out of place but not here, everyone is so friendly, love Jamie, Simon and Elas classes they give you a good work out and keep u right. Have started to look forward to going to the gym thanks guys �

I hate going to gyms as I always feel intimidated and I have no idea what I'm doing. But I'm glad I joined fit4less, the staff are so helpful and great craic too! I finally got in to get a programme done out for me (���) so I'm really looking forward to keeping at the gym and trying a few classes �

I absolutely love this gym and the team , they are all really helpful and open to any question. Couldn't recommend a better facility for quality training

Have only started this gym and i will never leAve it. Staff are so friendly and helpful, really well spaced out, people who use the gym are friendly its just a great environment to train in and meet new people. Couldnt fault the place in anyway

Have been a member of fit4less for 5 years & absolutely love it! From the second you walk in you feel welcome, you have great varied classes, you have great equipment (with exciting new equipment en-route)you have fun but most of all the staff are always there for advice! Make that appointment and sign up. (Oh BTW the outings are pretty awesome too)!!! ��

Have been a member here since Jan 2013 so I feel like I'm part of the Fit4less Lisburn gym family! The gym team here have always been very friendly, motivating & supportive of my fitness goals. If you ask for help, you will get it! The classes are an excellent way to switch up the gym routine which can get a bit boring on your own. The instructors are highly motivated & energetic in what they do. Gym equipment is always well maintained & will be added to shortly once the refurb is complete in a few weeks - looking forward to that!!!

Great team very down to earth and not up there own asses like most gyms also great members friendly and full of advice and encouragement been threw a few gyms in my time and it's the best I've been at I recommend it to everyone everytime

Great gym with lots of fantastic equipment, in particular the "rig" that has lots of fun add ons which can be used for a variety of exercises. The gym staff are super friendly, very helpful and motivating. Would highly recommend a visit! :)

Great gym and equipment with friendly and knowledgeable staff. When the building work is complete it will be even better with new equipment and more scope for even bigger and better classes. Very competitive membership price too, thanks guys!

From the minute I walked through the doors of this place myself & my 2 daughters were made very welcome ! I had Jamie's head turned & nothing was a problem ! Every single member of staff is very friendly they never pass you without a "hello" ! Classes are fantastic ! So glad I made the move as I haven't trained in over a year �
