Over the moon with the quality of service from Fonehouse. The staff are friendly, and repaired my iPhone quickly and efficiently.

My phone dropped in water and the team got me sorted with a replacement in no time! Thanks guys!

Just had my screen fixed by fonehouse Kennedy center, great bunch of guys n were really helpful n such reasonable price. Would defo recommend them for any phone work �

I only called in passing to look at handsets and left with a great deal on my handset, contract and case. I was really pleased with the friendly service, help with switching providers and advice (without being 'pushy'). I have recommended to others and will be back when it's time to upgrade.

I just wanted to acknowledge the fantastic service I received from fonehouse Kennedy centre.

Ive had a phone contract with them for nearly 4 years now & wouldnt go anywhere else as, no matter what problem I have with my phone Michael & his team sort it !!

Recently my 83 year old father with alzimers had a problem with his tv.I couldn't get an engineer out to help just before xmas, despite the fact id no problem paying someone.I happened to mention it to Michael in fonehone & within a day Michael had sent Noel,the nicest man you could meet to fix the problem

My dad is all sorted with his tv.I cant recommend these people enough for any IT problem.

Got my current phone (Samsung Galaxy 7) from Fonehouse Belfast about 6 months ago and all is still going very well with both phone and contract. Guy I dealt with couldn't be more helpful, had a small problem with the phone about a month after I got it and the problem was dealt with straight away with no fuss or hassle and phone has been problem free ever since. First class deal on the phone and contract, very prompt delivery and very helpful staff. Couldn't be happy, would definitely recommend Fonehouse Belfast to anyone for all their phone needs. Been having an issue with charging my iPhone 6s for quiet some time, been in contact with Michael from the Fonehouse for over a week now, he did everything he could to accommodate me coming and when I did this evening I felt welcome from the word go.



The knowledge, experience and skill under one roof shows in how they handle themselves as individuals and as a business. Thanks to Michael I was on my way in no time with no more charging issues.



If you need any mobile device looked at for any reason, I would highly recommend Fonehouse!

A fantastic shop! I have been buying my phones through Fonehouse Belfast for many years now and cannot recommend the store and the staff highly enough. All the lads are knowledgable, professional and strive to provide a great customer experience. The aftercare and repair service is also second to none.

My advice don't shop here I wouldn't give them my money!!! Got a phone with this shop had a good experience with a fella called mick I have been in contact with him over the faulty phone and he's tried his best to help me out but nothing worked he told me to take it back to the shop in the Kennedy centre were I got it and someone will help me out. Took the phone back on Saturday to be rudely told there is nothing they can do some fella with glasses ( who I lately have found out his the manager) he didn't want to know my problem didn't want to help made a complete dick out of me made me feel 2 ft tall well let me tell the person or company who ever owns this store you would need to look long and hard at your staff especially your so called manager customer service needs to be updated in this store because if this is ur manager I wouldn't like to meet the rest of the staff the day i got the phone mick couldn't do more for me but Saturday when he wasn't there well let me tell you I won't be back and I will be reporting this to EE has they also told me to bring the phone back to the store !!!!!!!
