*FCFPA Cricket Match Postponed*
The Annual FCFPA Cricket Match vs Foyle College XI that was due to take place this Friday has been postponed until the end of August. Further details about the new date will be shared on Facebook when arranged.

It is with great sadness that the Foyle College Former Pupils Association note the death of Mr Edgar Bigger. Edgar taught in Foyle for over 35 years, teaching maths and was Head of Careers for many years. He coached the 1st XV rugby teams during the 60’s and ran the school’s scout troop.
His funeral service will take place on Wednesday at 1pm in All Saint’s Clooney Church. Our sincere condolences go to his family circle at this time.

Foyle College Former Pupils vs Foyle College 1st XI Cricket Match will be held on Friday 21st June starting at 3.30pm.

Friday 10th May, 7.00pm, Foyle College Governors' Suite... After the AGM there will be a Wine and Cheese evening costing £10 to be paid at the door. This is open to all former pupils and it is not required to attend the AGM.

Yesterday, former principal Mr Jack Magill officially opened the Foyle College Archives and current principal Mr Patrick Allen unveiled the restored Lawrence portrait.

It’s concert week! A busy few days lie ahead as Foyle put the final touches to their performances. You won’t want to miss it! Tickets cost £5 and are available from the school office at break and lunchtime!

OFFICIAL OPENING OF FOYLE COLLEGE ARCHIVES
When: Saturday 23rd March 23rd, 11.00am
Where: School Archives, through School front gate turn immediately left, then first right. Archives are down the bottom of the ramp, they are signed.
... What: Official opening of the Foyle College Archives by Mr Jack Magill – former principal – followed by a guided tour of the Archives and the School and the unveiling of the restored Lawrence portrait by Mr Patrick Allen, current principal.
Transport: School minibuses will meet the Belfast / Coleraine train getting into Londonderry Station at 10.22am. There will also be transport available to take Former Pupils across to the Bishop Gate Hotel for the Spring Lunch, commencing at 1.00pm.
Attendance: Please indicate on your booking for the Spring Lunch whether you will attend the Archives Official Opening. For those who only wish to attend the Archives Official Opening please let either Donald Bigger 0777 173 5753 or William Lynn 0777 160 8084 know.
Refreshments: Tea and coffee will be available in the Archives.
Donations: If you have anything that you wish to donate to the Archives by all means bring it along. Please ensure that it is labelled so we know who the donor is, and a short explanatory note is always helpful.
