Wonderful shopping centre clean and tidy great staff inc security man for robinson services who gave me and my daughter great hospitality last night never received hospitality in any shopping centre like it in northern ireland i will be definitely be back in new year highly recommend this place

Went to foyleside today to see santa with a group of adults with learning disability and the staff at santas grotto were fantastic!! they were very kind and patient with our group it was so refreshing having people talk to them instead of staring at them..I want to thank u on behalf of my group today if more people had the attitude of tge staff it wood be a nicer place! santa as well was fantastic thank u for making their face light up and making them smile another thanks to Oliver the man in charge of the grotto ur kindness is what xmas is about thank u again and merry xmas

We can in here while up visiting my son in Uni. Love it! I love all the shops particularly Debenhams, lovely staff. The food court is brilliant, plenty of choice on offer and regularly cleaned.

Just wanted to say a massive well done to foyleside for having a special hour for kids with special needs to see santa.we were up this morning and we had such a lovely time. So peaceful and relaxing. The santa was the best santa I've seen yet. He was so lovely and friendly and took time with the kids. The girls that did the photos, face painting and balloon modelling were all so lovely. Thank you foyleside for making it an enjoyable experience.

Just want to say a huge thankyou to Foyleside Shopping Centre for the Santa session you provided for us in the run up to Christmas. From first messaging you to ask if there would be any possibility of going ahead of the queue due to our son having medical needs and high risk of infections, you were all so amazing. On the day, the grotto workers couldn't have been more attentive and Santa spent lots of time with our daughter & son which really made their day. This meant the world to us, as it allowed us to celebrate our little James' 1st Christmas without having too much exposure due to being trache-ventilated. Thank you all so much. Kevin & Annemarie xx

I would like to thank Paula @ Customers Service desk for her help today. I purchased a gift card on behalf of another sister at the end of May she in turn posted it to another sister

whose birthday it was. The birthday card arrived but no gift voucher. I called the centre today and spoke with Paula to ask was their any way we could track the card she took my details and said she would look into it for me. She called back within 30mis to say yes I did make a purchase in May and that the card had not been used to date so she would cancel it immediately and if I call in within the next few days with identification I would be able to pick up a new card. I am grateful for her help especially on a Sunday as she was on her own in the kiosk so she was looking after customers and trying to trawl thru her screen to locate my purchase then find time to return my call. That's what I call customer service.

I received excellent customer service today from Damian at Foyleside. I had lost a shopping bag with a lot of purchases in it. Damian was working in the control room today and he was amazing and so so helpful. Luckily I got my bag back and it’s great to see amazing customer service. �������

I have to praise all the customers service team the security staff and mobility centre for their great service I am disabled and the service I get from every member of staff there is really fabulous the only problem now is the customer service desk is moved to floor three and it is a bit more difficult to get up there I have been in a lot of mobility centres while on holiday in England and none of them come up to thr standard of Foyleside thank you for all your help Gertielogue

Have to say Patrica, Danielle and of course the big man himself ( Santa) made our playgroup visit to the Grotto a great experience!!! All the children enjoyed themselves and the care and attention each child got was first class, a great day was had by all !!! Would highly recommend it!!

Have just left foyleside! We were up for the early opening times for Santa for children with special needs/asd etc... it was absolutely brilliant! No noise ques or general hustle bustle that Freddie finds difficult ! This is a brilliant idea and I hope all involved in making this option available knows how greatful us parents are for making this an easier memory to create for our precious babies ������

Had my 15 week old baby in to see santa tonight. He was amazing with him. He was chatting away to him. It was no rush at all.

Amazing service- had my two boys here today, they won a competition to have breakfast with Santa! So well organised, all staff were so friendly & helpful, the boys came away with loads of goodies and we were well looked after with tea & snacks!!! Great service all round :)
