Congratulations to Frank Lowe and Caolan Conlon who both won Ulster medals this week in the Ulster Championships. Closes off an extremely busy 2 weeks for us in which we have claimed 1 Celtic box cup gold medal and 2 Ulster medals. A great achievement by both boxers and coaches 🥊

Comisserations to Darren McNally who was beat last night in the Ulsters by a strong boxer from Donegal. We know Darren will come back stronger and has already had an extremely successful week 🥊

2 winners tonight, Owen outboxed a strong boxer from Twin Towns and through to the semi-final on Thursday. Frank fought a hard 3 rounds and won on a split decision against a very strong Gilford boxer, Frank is now through to the final on Friday night 🥊
