I use a blend of counselling approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), the person-centred approach and the psychodynamic approach. I am passionate about helping you feel good again and establishing a strong therapeutic bond. I will provide you with self-help literature and teach you how to become your own therapist.

I am registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and accredited with the National Counselling Society (NCS). I will offer you a safe and welcoming space in which to explore your personal issues and emotions freely and openly in a confidential environment and without judgement.
