We had a lovely meal for my mother in laws birthday.

Food was fab and service excellent! The manager and waiting staff were so attentive, even though the place was busy. Made my mother in law up a big cake, sparkler and sang happy birthday.

Thanks frankie and benny's staff for a great meal. Birthday treat with family and made extra special. Complimentary breads, family cinema pass as a surprise gift when paying the bill and still the kids ate free with the app voucher! Well looked after the whole time (be it that we are always on borrowed time eating with 3 kids but the colouring in helped!!) and gluten free meal for the little sorted no problem.

Will be seeing you guys again!!

Just had a great meal at Frankie & Bennys! 1st class service too from our lovely waiter! This was my 1st visit but would definitely go back again, if only to sample the great cocktails on offer �

Just finished a lovely dinner with my husband who is coeliac.

They have a great gluten free menu with plenty of choice.

Remus who served us was lovely, friendly and very attentive. Definitely worth a visit ��

I want to say a massive thank you to Geoff our waiter yesterday evening when we called for food before attending the Little Mix concert,it was our wee boys birthday aswell so after dinner we were heading on to the concert but Geoff made a great effort before we left to bring out a dessert for our wee boy with a birthday candle in it and also sang Happy birthday to him,my wee boy was delighted,they also gave him a birthday card with a money off voucher too,thanks so much for all of this it was lovely and Geoff u were a great waiter to us,the food I might say was beautiful aswell and we will definitely be back sooner rather than later,thanks again.X

He was so upbeat today, his personality is brilliant, great vibes from him from the minute we walked through the door, he brings a great atmosphere to the restaurant, we will definitely be back!!

Great place for food and service! Atmosphere is wonderful! Staff are so welcoming and nice! Geoff stands out for me. Made my nephews birthday dinner complete with a surprise dessert. Would always recommend and will definitely be back xxx

Geoff!! What a gentleman!! It is so clear this man adores his job and is passionate about customer service! Nothing was too much, he went over and beyond and absolutely made my experience today! As an assistant manager in a busy restaurant myself and relating to the pressure, Geoff has such a cool calm approach while very clearly getting the job done!! He is an absolute credit to the company but more importantly, to himself!!

Excellent waiter service, very helpful and nothing was too much bother, the guy Geoff who served us very down to earth and very good at his job. accomodated a party of ten without any hassle,Would definitely go back.

Would leave 0 if it was an option. Went in tonight with my wife and 3 year old and the place was half empty. Waited around 10 minutes at the front desk to be seen then told to wait at the bar. After another 5-10 minutes of waiting at the bar with my wife and 3 year old people started coming in and waiting at the front desk. The same guy, who I assume was the manager in a black shirt, then starts seeing people who have just come in and were the same party size straight to tables! We left after pointing this out to one of the waiters. Shocking customer service

Went on Friday with a friend for birthday lunch and wasn't well the rest of the day. Food slid of plate with the amount of grease and starter was microwaved and 2 hairs on the potato and cheese filled starters. Standard not like Victoria squares

Very disappointing food. Pizza arrived cold and very dry. When I mentioned to the waitress that i wasnt happy with the food and thats why i left over half of it no apology was made nor did she seem to care. Also a 20% vat charge added to the bill wether ur happy with the service or not. I don't recall seeing this on the menu or the front door....is it ?

Ordered burgers and they came out in about 3 mins after order. Had clearly been pre cooked. Rotten and chips totally under cooked. Staff very friendly though.

Only gave 1* as there was nothing lower than this!Worst eating experience ever. Gluten free pizza’s are as hard as rocks, in fact, so hard my Father broke a tooth on one! Level of customer service was appalling. Will not be back!

I would have put a zero as the food was the worst I've had, myself and my son both had pasta dishes, and I think the cooks need to do a cookery course on how to season their food, it was so bland, the sweet potato fries were the same, half my pasta dish was cold and other half warm, not sure how that was managed it!!!! I will say the girls who served us were lovely, I feel bad for them having to serve such rubbish food, best advice I can give anyone is stay well clear, complete waste of money.

I want to say a massive thank you to Geoff our waiter yesterday evening when we called for food before attending the Little Mix concert,it was our wee boys birthday aswell so after dinner we were heading on to the concert but Geoff made a great effort before we left to bring out a dessert for our wee boy with a birthday candle in it and also sang Happy birthday to him,my wee boy was delighted,they also gave him a birthday card with a money off voucher too,thanks so much for all of this it was lovely and Geoff u were a great waiter to us,the food I might say was beautiful aswell and we will definitely be back sooner rather than later,thanks again.X

Had lunch with my sister today & needed to come on to leave a review for Geoff the best Waiter I've ever been served by. He was so upbeat today, his personality is brilliant, great vibes from him from the minute we walked through the door, he brings a great atmosphere to the restaurant, we will definitely be back!!

Great place for food and service! Atmosphere is wonderful! Staff are so welcoming and nice! Geoff stands out for me. Made my nephews birthday dinner complete with a surprise dessert. Would always recommend and will definitely be back xxx

Geoff!! What a gentleman!! It is so clear this man adores his job and is passionate about customer service! Nothing was too much, he went over and beyond and absolutely made my experience today! As an assistant manager in a busy restaurant myself and relating to the pressure, Geoff has such a cool calm approach while very clearly getting the job done!! He is an absolute credit to the company but more importantly, to himself!!

Excellent waiter service, very helpful and nothing was too much bother, the guy Geoff who served us very down to earth and very good at his job. accomodated a party of ten without any hassle,Would definitely go back.

Boucher rd Frankie & Benny's have been here a few times friendly service and meal lovely ribs and half of chicken chips corn in the cob delicious

Would leave 0 if it was an option. Went in tonight with my wife and 3 year old and the place was half empty. Waited around 10 minutes at the front desk to be seen then told to wait at the bar. After another 5-10 minutes of waiting at the bar with my wife and 3 year old people started coming in and waiting at the front desk. The same guy, who I assume was the manager in a black shirt, then starts seeing people who have just come in and were the same party size straight to tables! We left after pointing this out to one of the waiters. Shocking customer service

Went on Friday with a friend for birthday lunch and wasn't well the rest of the day. Food slid of plate with the amount of grease and starter was microwaved and 2 hairs on the potato and cheese filled starters. Standard not like Victoria squares

Very disappointing food. Pizza arrived cold and very dry. When I mentioned to the waitress that i wasnt happy with the food and thats why i left over half of it no apology was made nor did she seem to care. Also a 20% vat charge added to the bill wether ur happy with the service or not. I don't recall seeing this on the menu or the front door....is it ?

Ordered burgers and they came out in about 3 mins after order. Had clearly been pre cooked. Rotten and chips totally under cooked. Staff very friendly though.

Only gave 1* as there was nothing lower than this!Worst eating experience ever. Gluten free pizza’s are as hard as rocks, in fact, so hard my Father broke a tooth on one! Level of customer service was appalling. Will not be back!

I would have put a zero as the food was the worst I've had, myself and my son both had pasta dishes, and I think the cooks need to do a cookery course on how to season their food, it was so bland, the sweet potato fries were the same, half my pasta dish was cold and other half warm, not sure how that was managed it!!!! I will say the girls who served us were lovely, I feel bad for them having to serve such rubbish food, best advice I can give anyone is stay well clear, complete waste of money.
