I am a self-confessed nutrient nerd, fitness geek, and beauty junkie. This blog is my way of sharing my health and beauty adventures and hopefully inspire others to begin their own. I believe "self -love" and "healthy vanity" are vital components of living a blooming lovely life. My greatest wish is that we all learn to love, nourish, and nurture ourselves more. This September I begin training as a Holistic Health Coach, it has been my goal for over five years.
