My old griddle pan is lost in the process of our move. So today when I saw one in the shop I had to buy it. I made chicken fillet and beef burgers. There's nothing like pan fried meat in a griddle pan.

Thai Curry with Pineapple Chunks
I love growing fresh herbs in my garden. I am not great at growing any other produce as I forget to water them regularly. But herbs such as coriander, parsley, mint tarragon and basil are easy to grow.
My Thai curry consists of fresh ingredients from my herb garden. It's a Thai curry with pineapple chunks. I had a similar curry in a Thai restaurant in Old Street years ago and savoured the taste since then.
... Today I decided to cook my own version of that curry using my fresh herbs and other ingredients from scratch. Not a curry paste jar in sight!!
And it's amazing cooking in the outdoors.
