Went in today with the kids for a wee bit too eat, was amazed at the style of the place abs lovely, the stuff is amazing and food lovely....use have done a great job on the place. Loved it, defo be back xx

Staff ate Top Class . Cannot praise them enough . Called recently as had contacted them about a purchase . Arrived my purchase was left bagged & named @ pay point.

We also had a fantastic lunch . Superb .

We will definitely be back as made so welcome plus the food is amazing .Thanks to all the staff again .

I had already visited on sat, and one word sprang to mind..AMAZING! wow, your range of fine goods, electricals, china, bedding, everything had the wow factor! this evening I popped in. and had tea and a cherry scone..and again, wow, fresh scones, not reheated, divine, along with a pot of tea, my company had a serving of banoffee which was to die for, in fact, your range of desserts was stunning! right down to your belleek crockery, and immaculate cutlery. The staff were attentive and very helpful and polite, the entire experience was wonderful, your seating and tables are chic, modern and relaxed.. what a place! this is exactly what Portglenone needed and I commend you on every level!! well done!!

Recently I got married and decided to have our wedding list in the department store. Donna was very helpful and nothing was a problem. I wanted items which were not on the shop floor and she ordered them in for our list. It was also very easy to make amendments as you could contact the shop directly or email. Our guests commented on how nice the shop was, the stock, the service and most stayed for a bun in the coffee shop. Not only did we receive an excellent service but we got 10% of the amount spent back in vouchers to spend in upstairs or in the spar below. Highly recommend.

My first visit to the store for an engagement present.I found a lovely store with something to suit every occasion.The staff was very friendly and even wrapped my gift which makes this store even better with this personal touch of customer service.I will definately return.thankyou very much.

I love the atmosphere , the staff and the setting. The food is very very very good. It is a haven at the Bann . Highly recommend it .

I have visited the coffee shop a few times now and am well impressed at the service, friendliness, quality of food and the comfortable surroundings and beautiful view. The shop has a wide variety of household items and it is well worth a browse. Have spent some money there, as well!! A real surprise above the Spar!!

I come here often with various friends or with family. Its a family friendly (and breastfeeding friendly) coffee shop selling lovely traybakes and amazing desserts. Mr Fullan and family usually frequent the cafe and like their staff are very friendly. Highly recommend the soup, eggs/bacon of the salted Caramel meringue and the coffee is lovely too. The few niggles others I have come with have included the slow service at times- though this is mostly due to the sheer volume of people eating there and not a large kitchen area for staff to use...and a few times I have got a much smaller portion of a dessert compared to that which I've had in the past so given the price perhaps the portions we used to receive could return. It's another asset that the lift is reliable especially as if you a pram or mobility issues. Overall its a lovely place and staff are excellent, pleasant and friendly. Always a favourite of ours.

Have been in a good few times, everything looks so yummy I have to go back another day to try more..love it the kids love it too..

Great coffee, lovely healthy salads, fresh homemade bread and soup. What's not to like?!

Fantastic Friendly all round Store & Coffee Lounge, with Excellent Staff Great Food & Great Tea. They have a Great Gluten Free Range and when they make you a Sandwich they really fill it so much so I needed a knife & fork to eat it, but I didn't care as the Sandwich was AMAZING & believe me if you have tried Gluten free Bread you would Know most of it is Terrible, But Not Here it is so Good & the best thing is I can go down stairs to the Food Hall & buy the Same Bread to take Home. Mr &Mrs Fullan are usually up in the Lounge, & they always make time to have a wee Chat Very Very Lovely Family. I am so Glad it is going well for them as they are so Kind & deserving, I wish them all the very best. The department store is very spacious well stocked for Low medium & High end Items. Put it like this it's a 1 stop local friendly all round store where you can Eat Shop Chat. That's why I Highly Recommend it. When in Portglenone do call in For a Wee Cuppa Tea. 5 STARS All the Way. Xx
