Just to update you all on the kitchen situation, it looks like the damage caused will require a full refurb of the kitchen.
... We estimate that we will be closed all of October and reopen at the start of November. Obviously if things progress we will try open the restaurant earlier for business.

Spent New Years Eve in the Furama it has always been our family's favourite Chinese restaurant but last night they excelled themselves, beautiful food, fantastic waiting staff and brilliant entertainment after. Such a great night had by all of us 🙂

Beautiful chinese last night. .chicken curry fried rice beef satay with mushrooms and noodles salt n chilli king prawns and the best spring rolls in town x everything was amazing thank you furama x

As per usual gorgeous meal, friendly banter with Jason and George cannot fault it in any way and wouldn't want to, love love love the place

Always get a carry out and it's roasting hot and fantastic....

Surroundings are lovely and food is really good one down side is the frozen chips. Make these home made and this place would be 1st class

Had the high tea. Was really good, except the crispy chicken was really hot, almost choked! Maybe it was just me.

Would definitely go back!

Had sweet and sour chicken didn't taste right at all and sauce was so very runny, also had a kung poon combination and it was abysmal watered down thin sauce burnt beef and to top it off a long female hair (boke). Worst meal ever out of here will have to think hard before I return here.

Got a delivery was told 30/40 mins ... over an hour later food was cold and onion rings were cremated... gutted as we always get from here...
