Many of us are loving this hot weather but your smart phones really don't!! When phones get too hot they can stop functioning properly and you can cause long term damage to them - particularly batteries; you could permanently shorten your phone's battery life !!!
🌞 Don't leave your phone lying in the sun for any length of time 🌞 Don't leave your phone lying in a hot car 🌞 If your using your phone to play music whilst you are in the sun always leave it in a cool shaded area t...o protect it from the sun/heat 🌞 If your phone overheats and gives you a warning message turn it off and leave it somewhere cool to naturally cool down - don't put it in a fridge or cool box to try and get it operational quickly as this could lead to condensation inside and cause a short circuit permanently damaging your phone 🌞 If your phone gets wet whilst at the beach or in the back garden, dry the phone off, turn it off and don't plug it in!! Try to bring it to Gadget Garage as soon as possible - don't try drying it out in the hot press or rice as you could be causing permanent damage. There is a much better chance of us preventing damage to your phone if we can examine it just after it has been water damaged.

iPhone 5s was badly damaged and I couldn’t use the touch screen. Left the phone in at 2.30 and got it back at 4.30 good as new! Quick service and staff very nice as well

My iPhone 6 screen was badly smashed and my home button was broken. Took it into the shop and they had it fixed for me within the hour and a very reasonable price. I priced around and this was the cheapest place. lovely service to! :)

I was in with a problem with my iPhone a week or so ago (the screen was detaching from the rest of the phone). It may not have been a major issue, but they were able to fix it there and then without any fuss and the service was excellent. I hope I don't need to visit again for a while but if I ever do have phone trouble again I'll certainly be going back to the gadget garage. Thanks again!!

I had slight damage on a iPhone screen and short notice at 4pm I rang down and they told me to bring it down surly and they would do it before the shop closes at 5 I went down and the phone was ready 45 mins later and the service I received was very friendly from both boys (Barry and Tom I think) great price aswell to fix the phone. I'd like to say I'll deffos be back but I hope i don't have to be �� thanks guys 🖒
