Unreal ... warm and friendly staff make this place, quite possibly the best place to stay on the island of Ireland.
Stayed at galgorm last weekend, there was a group of 6 people with 3 bedrooms, honestly couldn’t fault a thing, every staff member we spoke to was helpful, the spa was amazing, our dinner and breakfast in Gillies was also really lovely! We can’t wait to come back! Thank you for a lovely relaxing stay!
Myself and my 5 lady friends just home, can I say we had an amazing time from start to finish! Spa was great as always, rooms perfect, dinner was last word, staff were great down to my new toothbrush and Maurice well he's great also!!! thanks so much to the next time
Loved it!! All staff wee very friendly and we were greated by every staff member we passed. Food was delicious and service was great. The part of our nights stay was the thermal village. Was just amazing and very relaxing!! Definitely be back!!
Loved it start to finish. Afternoon tea in The Conservatory was excellent. Staff were friendly and more than helpful. Food was fantastic and really tasty with new twists on the menu. Thermal Village was so relaxing with all the different areas you can visit. Something for everyone. This is thee No 1 Spa Resort in Northern Ireland. Can't wait to return. Definitely a 5 Star hotel.
Just home from a fab relaxing stay here which was a treat from my friend. Loved everything about it from our room, to the food in the restaurants, the beautiful grounds, the staff who couldn't do enough for you and the thermal spa was of course fantastic! If I had 1 very tiny criticism it would be that £27 for 2 small slices of quiche and 2 cups of tea in the spa cafe was a bit expensive, however, it deffo wouldn't put me off going back again. �

Just back from 1 night stay and have to say it was amazing from start to finish. The welcome we got on arrival from maurice was so nice such a lovely friendly man to be welcomed by. Our room was gorgeous and nothing was too much trouble from any of the staff. I have to say the thermal village experience is one I would highly recommend we both thoroughly enjoyed it. Lunch in Gilles was lovely and dinner in fratellis was delicious. 5 stars ����� all round and can't wait to return hopefully in September for my birthday if not before.
It was my 2nd time staying in the log cabins and once again, it did not disappoint. Everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay with sisters and mum. Cabin warm, comfortable and plenty of space to lounge. As my Mothers isn’t great on her feet, we were picked up by concierge to attend the spa and for dinner that night in Fratellis. Food, service and spa five star. Galgorm is the perfect spot for time out. I certainly enjoyed my stay to recharge the batteries. I look forward to my next stay whether it be hotel or log cabin- both were 100%.
Had our wedding here on Saturday and it was top class service couldn’t have asked for better! Laura, Donna and not forgetting the very special Graham who just made our day extra special! Huge thank you to all involved!

checkin wasnt til 3pm but we were allowed to leave bags at reception at 1pm & make use of the thermal village, so relaxing.
Fratelli's restuarant was jus beautiful too, defo cudnt fault it at all .
Will definately be recommending to friends & family
Had an absolutely amazing time at Galgorm resort and spa, accommodation was superb, the thermal village brilliant.,Gillies sublime and as for the staff they were all excellent, which made our stay very special and memorable. Thanks to you all.
Brillaint birthday treat! Spa treatment was lovely. All the staff in the entire resort were exceptional. Fratelli did not disappoint and the room with a river view was perfect! Can’t wait to get back! 😊
As always the hotel & it's staff were impeccable from the moment we were greeted at the entrance by Paul & David to the moment we checked out......there was not one single thing that could be criticised!!! All the little extras make this hotel absolutely amazing. Thank you Galgorm Resort 💞
Amazing place, we did the group experience for my sister's hen day and it really was incredible from start to finish. Staff were amazing, private room was amazing and the thermal village was just out of this world. Also had a beautiful lunch & dinner in Gillies Restaurant. Very attentive staff throughout. It really had the wow factor. Can't wait to come back. Would highly recommend.
Absolutely fantastic from start to finish! Had an overnight stay with thermal village access evening meal in gillies and breakfast. The staff were unbelievably helpful and pleasant the place is immaculate and the spa is amazing. Really nice food too. The room was gorgeous. It’s expensive for drinks (£10 for a cocktail) but as a treat it’s worth it. Already planning my next trip!!
1st time ever staying here and I have to say it was fab we stayed in the one of the cabins right beside the spa area but unfortunately we couldn't use the gate right beside our cabin as it was for staff only which ment we had to walk the hole way round to reception area in robes and slippers (also wearing heals to walk to the bar isn't great either on the stones) but apart from that or stay was fantastic can not wait to return ��
Was here for a wedding with my partner and baby. Room was apparently a superior room but was more a standard room not worth what was paid and not a 5* room. It was small, far too warm and very dated so this is why my review is a couple of stars less. The spa is definately 5* and I cannot speak highly of the gentlemen at the doors on arrival. The best customer service ever experienced. Should give the rest of the reception staff training. The wedding staff were outstanding, food 5*.
