Great friendly staff. So helpful on assisting with holiday packages

Initially good, got a quote with them and had them hold it till the end of the day, but found it cheaper elsewhere so booked it with the other travel agents, to then find it had caused a double booking and possibly cancel my flight, because my reservation wasn't canceled at the end of the day due to the agency that they used being closed for 2 days, which how were we to know, but logically they should of, would of been handy to of been told that before hand
