Very disappointed when went to game Richmond centre only to find it was closed after checking opening times online

Staff handed me out an Isle of Man 10 pound note that I had to take to the bank to change. When I went back to change it in game they told me they can't do nothing about it. Games are also over priced.

Went in to your store in derry last week at 5:50 looking to purchase a PS4 asked the man what deals had he on I was told the deals but was told to come backing wed as the tills were closed down I says I came from letterkenny to buy a console said I cudnt be helped to come back wed I will never be back in tat shop again very bad customer service
