Unhelpful! My Forza Horizon 3 game which i had for about a year and a half, was not working. Not scratched but would load up and every time i pressed "A" to continue it would freeze go to a black screen and then go back to the home screen.

I then travelled to GAME with my warrenty which I payed for and my receipt. When I arrived at game the first member of staff I talked to did not have a clue what i was talking about and then asked another member of staff who said that my warrenty was up and the warrenty only lasted one year. I had never been told this so i just got my disc cleaned and was instructed to uninstall my game and then reinstall it.

So when i got home I first tried my game and it did not work. So I reluctantly uninstalled it and waited 3 hours for it to reinstall and still didnt work.

I then returned to GAME and told them what happened and they said they could not do anything and that i could just buy a £29.99 preowned game which i was not going to do because what happened if it didn't work.

They were useless.

The staff are very friendly and helpful
