Well done to Bridget Brady on completing her 12 week transformation. From 90 kg to 77kg i think youll agree thats some amazing results.The food prep queen mastered this valuable skill early on and laughed all the way to the finish line. Although we both agreed it felt more like we made it to the starting line of a much more rewarding race. Can't wait for round two👊💪

Dedication and discipline the two things I tell all clients they will need when undertaking a transformation. Malcolm Brady has both in spades. As you can tell from these pictures Malcolm listened to every word I told him stuck to the plan and in turn got amazing results in just 11 weeks.

Well done to Neil O'hagan oh his fantastic transformation. Dropping over 10 kgs and gaining some extra muscle mass Neil accomplished all this while over seeing house renovations, a full time job and family life just awesome dedication! Always turning up to training with a wicked sense of humour and willing to learn. I have a feeling that this is just the beginning of Neil's transformation the best is yet to come💪

Well done to David McCabe. Fantastic results after a 12 week transformation. Dropping his body fat down under 10 percent while adding some lean muscle mass to his shoulders and arms and gaining some super abs💪 David never missed a workout. He was never late and never complained(except on leg day🤣) Very easy to train and always hard working. Well done Dave💪

Had a little go of this today. It's referred to as the van dam lift. A full suspension split and pulling a dumbbell from the floor above waist high. I used a 42.5 kg dumbbell it was pretty easy but that was the heaviest dumbbell I had. The world record is around 70kgs. So might have to work towards that. A world record would be nice. Anyone know where I could find a 70 plus dumbell😂🤣🤣

Abs aren't just made in the gym they are made it the kitchen with good food choices also. Abs ingredient list 🤘make good choices with you food 90 percent of the time 🤘Keep and eye on your calories. 🤘Plenty of resistance training.... 🤘move more than normal 🤘be consistent

This video was taken just about a month ago before my Photoshoot with the super Brian Sherry Photography After several long weeks of hard training and even harder dieting. I was pleased when my legs came in as I was worried a few weeks out they where going to be quite soft. I didn't change my game plan tho I stuck to my guns didn't panic and cut calories further or add any more cardio. Over the years I've learned what works for my body and what doesn't. Training and dieting f...or events is an amazing journey of self discovery you get euphoric highs but sometimes you can be plagued with self doubt. Try and enjoy the journey on the way to the destination and stick to your plan/listen to your coach. The day of the Photoshoot couldn't have went better I think I brought my best combination of conditioning and muscular size very much looking forward to seeing the final result.

Taekwon-Do has been a key element for me in maintain an athletic powerful physique. It's dynamic nature and emphasise on discipline. Not only gives a practitioner a huge calorie burn but can help with flexibility, core strength, speed,explosive power and a leaner meaner over all p...hysical appearance. Martial arts are fantastic way to get in shape and learn a skill set at the same time. It's also a great way for people who regularly strength train to add some flexibility and aerobic conditioning into your program so if treadmills are not your thing. Time to get kicking👊💪🥋

THE DEVIL IS IN THE DETAILS😈
My back has always been a stand out body part for me. It's not down to the fact I train it with anymore intensity than other muscle groups. Alot of people's standout body parts are simply a case of genetics and structure on top of years of hard work. Generally my back works follow the same training protocols as other muscle groups 💪plenty of TUT(time under tension)... 💪full ranges of movements stretch and squeeze 💪as much weight as I can manage for 10-15rep 💪I focus on alot of free weight movements barbell rows, deadlift, dumbell row, pull overs, chins etc. I think the use of so many compound (multi joint) movements builds good muscle density and lends itself to a greater calorie expenditure during training. A good back workout much like a good leg workout take alot of energy and intensity to get through lots of mind to muscle connection. You should be pretty spent by the end of these workouts. Your job to build a barn door back isn't done yet. You now have to apply the correct recovery and nutrition protocols to make sure you get the most from your workouts but that's a post for another day. 😉

THE WOLVERINE
So late last night I got a message from Brian Sherry Photography. Brian had been burning the midnight oil editing a variety of photos and sent me this one over from our shoot. On the day of the the shoot we where going through some wardrobe choices for the shoot. When we came across blue jeans white vest. We both looked at each other and said "wolverine". Brian took the shot and said don't worry I got this. So for an unplanned spare of the moment idea I think t...his turned out pretty well and gives me high hopes for the rest of the shots. Certainly not Hugh jackmans handsome, charming wolverine but certainly more like the ferral adamantium rage from the comic books which I really dig.
