Generation Zen Description

As a busy mum-of-three under seven, and former-Deputy Head of Sixth Form, and English Teacher for 10 years in London, I know only too well the benefits of bolstering children and young people's emotional well-being.
Generation Zen is working hard to create calm and confident kids & young adults in chaotic times. Whether a Little Star under 5, a stressed out teenager; or a mum trying to do it all, our sessions and courses offer to teach you a wide range of skills through mindfulness, creative activity and positive guidance as part of our seven-step-program.

I hope you are enjoying the summer holidays with your little ones, (or not so little ones!) so far! If the showery weather is stopping you from venturing out today, an easy playful mindfulness activity is to create some simple fun gratitude flowers.
... You can even design a beautiful garden full of happy flowers and help the kids nurture gratitude and joy as you build it! Spend some time talking about things you’re grateful for as you create your flowers together. With younger kids you may want to start by explaining gratitude and giving them some easy examples.
