You've got a customer for life with me! This morning you saved my bacon, by replacing my tyre before you'd even opened! Having arrived at 7.40, you had be back on the road by 7.50 - this meant that I managed to get to my radio show in Lisburn by 8.20! You even let me head on and return pay this evening.



Thank you for help this morning, without it I wouldn't be on air right now!

They will do Their best to help you instead of just sending you away,you may have to wait but they will fit you in...and they charge fairly....have always taken my cars to them,love the new place...good luck to you all

These guys are incredible. Wife had a just blown a tyre just down the road. Drove it straight into them late last night and they squeezed us in and had the wife back on the road in 20min. They could've said no as it was closing time but they didn't. Thank you guys so much.

Thanks to Willie and his team for their prompt rescue when I had a tyre blow out on the comber carriageway. A bent wheel nut made it that bit more difficult but they where quick and professional as always. Can't thank you and the boys who came out enough.

Thank you to the guys at Gilnahirk tyres for sorting out my puncture today ! Not just a screw but a screw with a washer! What are the chances?? I think last time I had a puncture was 1982!! Hope it’s as long again! Before you all start thinking I’m a helpless female, I couldn’t loosen the nuts or I would have changed it myself . But thank god for tyre seal! Feel the need to have this product in my car !

My husband discovered at 6.30pm tonight that the exhaust was hanging off our car at the back. Gilnahirk Tyres and Exhausts was open until 7pm so he phoned to see if it was too late to nip up and have them look at it. The man said to come and the whole thing was done and dusted by 7pm. Very efficient, friendly and quick. The urgency was that our car is due to go through MOT on Friday.

I am delighted with the services and giving 5 Stars for the following reasons:



1) Highly skilled mechanics.

2) Fixed my car quickly

3) Amazing customer service - they put my car through the MOT early as a lovely surprise. (It passed first time despite being an older car with no minor faults)

Gilnahirk Tyres were recommended to me by a couple of friends and i wish i went sooner, Excellent service, very accommodating, reasonable and lovely people. i really appreciated them seeing me late in the day and i will definitely use them in future even though they aren't local to me. very impressed and pleased with the service i received and recommend 100%.

First visit, the place was really busy and a lot of people waiting, so I thought I would be there for hours just to get a new wheel. Only had to wait 40 minutes, and the price was the cheapest I have ever had. I will defo be back 👌👌👌

Absolutely brilliant service. Gilnahirk Tyres have fixed/serviced my car many many times. They are extremely accommodating, helpful, and always do a first rate job. Very easy to pay and never never overcharge or do unnecessary work. William is a gent and has charged me a lot less than other garages have quoted me for work. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My mother who is 77 years old left in a puncture to be fixed, when she went back for it she was told, there's your wheel, and a guy pointed to it, she had to lift it up herself and roll it to the other side of the car park herself.

The exact same thing happened to me as well in January, so we've moved to Ards Tyres, much more customer service

1st time visit,,,,, what can i say, was asked did i want 4 cheap n cheerful tyres (Mot said i needed 1 but safety comes 1st) customer service was awful. But if you are offered cheap n cheerful!! I got cheaper but def not cheerful. Mustve gone on a bad day, the young guys do speak fluent 'French' We can all curse but not in front of customers!!

Oh well mayb next time, we all deserve a 2nd chance!!!
