Gingernut Cakes Description
I love baking anything from fudge, savoury muffins, Shortbread to 5 tier Wedding cakes. Its great to speak to a bride and groom and then see their delight when the cake is exactly what then wanted!
Allergen Information
I also bake gluten free cakes which are baked with gluten free flour but follow the same recipe. These cakes are baked on same premises as regular cakes however all equipment is sterilised before commencing the baking of a gluten free item.
