The Taylor family have been farming dairy cows and producing milk since 1856 at Glastry farm. At Glastry Farm, we use the premium quality milk from our own dairy herd to produce the richest, creamiest ice cream imaginable. And we make it fresh, every day, right here in our modern creamery. We were also recently awarded three gold medals in the Great Taste Awards 2010 from the Guild of Fine Food for our Vanilla Bean and Kilbeggan Whiskey Ice-creams and for our Apple Snapps Sorbet.
