Fairhead Gold

-IRISH CRAFT LAGER-

4. 6% ABV 500 ml

This classic double decoct, Munich Helles style, lightly hopped lager, is brewed in small batches using only natural ingredients and our spring water. Conditioned for 60 days, unfiltered and bottled fermented, this beer is all about balance.
It pours a light straw colour, with a white and frothy head and good lacing. On the nose, aroma reminiscent of sweet pear balances the malty undertones. The initial malty sweetness on the palate, is beautifully balanced by the noble hops that provide a clean finish, crisp but full of long lingering notes.





Rathlin Red

-IRISH CRAFT ALE-

4. 8% ABV 500 ml

Our red ale is where it all started. A selection of light and dark malts provide the distinctive caramel notes; yeast and Slovenian hops complete the ingredients of this captivating brew.
Pours a bright, coppery red, with a moderate head. On the nose, malty caramel aromas are predominant. On the palate, it has a broad, generous texture, with fairly substantial, mouth filling bitter caramel notes and a well-balanced long lasting finish.




Lizzie’s Ale

-IRISH CRAFT BLONDE ALE-

4. 6% ABV 500 ml

A blonde ale with a twist, Lizzie’s Ale is made using only natural ingredients; malts yeast, our spring water and a generous, but not overwhelming, handful of Citra hops.
Pours a light golden colour, with a moderate head. On the nose is, somehow, summery with distinctive notes of a zesty character. Crisp and citrusy fresh on the palate, it has a pleasant carbonation with the Citra hops providing a satisfyingly rich, yet refreshingly clean finish.


Our ales and beers are unfiltered and bottle conditioned; they may contain some natural yeast sediment.
