Horrendous!! Damaged clothing then denied all responsibility. Customer service shocking. Not good!!!

Shocking service. Clothes came back still damp in a plastic bin bag inside the big black hold all. Why they didn't dry and fold My clothes back into the bag that is substantial is beyond Me. Avoid this place like the plague.

Nice friendly staff used the machines and did our own laundry first time. After that we just left it with them to do for us for an extra. £1.90 just a no brainer.

Have been getting my shirts pressed here forever. They use a proper pressing machine, then finished with hand iron of details. I haven't found anything close in standard in over 20 years.

Been using this place for some months to do my laundry. The Friendly staff very helpful there is free Wifi and a TV to watch and a handy coffee shop across from the shop.
Thay also offer a fabulous shirt service.

This drycleaner is the worst. Bad service and the clothes stay as you brought them. Please go somewhere else.

Worst service/company ever. I gave them my white coat to clean it and what happened: the coat was still dirty on some places (isn't it a cleaning service?) and the white colour from the zipper came off. Apparently "it is the fault of the Tommy Hilfiger company" and that "their quality for this coat was just bad". Argueing didn't help. Back in Germany I wanted to give the coat back, because of the "bad quality" and the saleswoman just laughed pitying and said that I was totally cheated. Well, now I need to pay again for the cleaning service in Germany, but who will refund me the money for the zipper?
