Definitely the biggest gates we've done yet at 7 meters each leaf total opening of 14meters. Fitted to it are HYDOM hydraulic rams teamed up with a beninca brainy panel, Cisa electric lock and meters of safety edging and 4 sets of beninca photocells mounted at low and high positions to cover for lorries. And a Bircher twin loop ground loop for extra cover.

A new 10m set of gates with Hydom hydraulic Rams with hydraulic locks and slow downs, and a 10m opening of two CAME gard 6 deluxe barriers.

Recent hydraulic system fitted to an opening of 11 meters or 5.5m gate leaves that are very heavy in which we needed to strengthen the wall that the motor was attached too other wise the ram would pull it apart so if you look at the bottom pic it shows the fabrication of the wall mount bracket. More pics to follow when we get these gates painted.

Here's a service done last year and as you see they where never serviced before and the boxes where fully loaded with silt and debris getting washed into them.

Gates automated with CAME 5024 kit and CISA lock

I had to replace the circuit board of a gate system because some slimy wee slug decided it wanted a new home but got himself and the board fried.

Only seem to be getting gates done in the rain these days

A new installation of 2 barriers, one is a 4 meter TAU LUXE barrier for general cars entering and exiting a car park. The 2nd barrier is a TAU LUXE 5 meter barrier complete with skirts and high and low safety photocells on the internal and external sides of the barrier, also included are the tall galvanised intercom/card reader/camera columns for access and egress.

A new installation of a 7 meter Came GARD6 deluxe complete with high and low safety photocells on the internal and external sides of the barrier and galvanised card reader posts for access and egress.
