Go Box Self Storage Ltd

We used Go Box for 6 to 7 months due to getting a new job and moving city. After shopping around we choose Go Box to store our furniture and other house essentials while I was settling down in the new City. Everything up until the final transfer of our box content was brilliant, I got access when I was visiting Belfast and even got a chance to add additional stuff of ours i had in my fathers garage. Sean was resourceful to recommend and arrange logistics to transfer the contents of our box to the new City. We wanted to take everything with us to the new City and Sean was very approachable to request the transport company he arranged for us for the extra items. Initial thoughts were it would be adjusted with the agreed paid price but as expected there were additional price involved however before any negotiation could be done on the price, amount was automatically deducted from the original direct debit we had setup with Go Box. I felt after all the good service we got from Top Box this came across as rude whereby amount was deducted without our prior permission or advice. I would have been happy to agree and would have paid however doing so without informing the customer is bad customer service in my terms. I will recommend Top Box 100% but also advice to arrange your own transportation or logistics and make sure owner seeks prior permission before taking money from your account. I wish the business the very best of luck.

A very handy well proceed service. Loading a box at your own door before it gets takenaway for storage makes life a lot simpler and the guys are always helpful when access is needed to the box at their yard, highly recommended.

Everything went perfectly! GoBox was the perfect solution to storing additional items to allow us to sell our house. We appreciated not having to hire a van to take our items to a storage facility as GoBox comes to you, so easy to use and load. I wouldn't hesitate to use GoBox again and would highly recommend them to others. Professional polite company.

I had seen GOBOXSELFSTORAGELTD do a couple of removals locally. On contacting them I was highly impressed by the "can do" attitude of the owner.

I arranged the date for my removal and on the Friday beforehand I received a personal phone call ensuring that I was ready for my move. On the actual day of the move they arrived promptly at the agreed time and work away until the move was complete, a hassle free experience!
