Without a doubt the best landlord I've ever had, never had a single issue with him and was super quick getting my washing machine replaced when it stopped working! Couldn't recommend him enough!
Well what can I say Colm Gorman ur a great landlord and could not say a bad think about u or the house u have a great maintenance man working for u could not say a bad word about Jonny always there when I needed him and done all work so thank u to both of use
We got our first private rent house with Colm and couldn't fault him at all. Very understanding & helpful person as well as a brilliant landlord. Anyone looking to go private rent should go to Colm. Also has a maintaince man who is on call 24/7 so no need to worry about waiting for ages for someone to come out.

I would just like 2 thank colm for being a really gud landlord 2 myself and Brian. We live at 24 the quay killyleagh my partner Brian has lived here for 11 and half years and he really loved this wee apartment it is just down at the water and is gorgeous wee place 2 live when I meet Brian I moved in with him 5 years ago and I fell in love with it 2 so if anyone is looking 2 live in killyleagh the quay is the place many thanks colm from Brian and myself.

Colm has been the best landlord I've had in a long time. Really nice house and any problems are sorted straight away with no hassle. Really easy to work with. Viewed the house and by the end of the day I had my decision. Won't keep people waiting.
