Don't call down today- freezing as chimney went on fire last night and not fixed bring your thermals - downstairs toilet cubicle closed for last 3 weeks- hand dryer broken for last 2 weeks- no Smirnoff for last 2 weeks don't know why maybe cos it's too popular - could show photos of downstairs toilet but wont as not good - I like the staff and layout of bar which is why I gave it a 3 but come on - my round cost £6.90 in Nov of last year now £8.95 and no improvements apart from TV's installed!! Sent message to GA's head quarters but no answer after 3 months so I'm assuming they don't really care
