We are able to offer an alternative to the 2 days in the classroom for childminders and carers who need to complete a Paediatric First Aid Course to comply with the requirements of Ofsted, EYFS, CSSIW and SureStart. Our blended course offers a video-based online course that is completed before attending a full day in the classroom with an instructor to complete the practical part of the course. Green Box Paediatric courses are approved by across the UK.
This course offers an ...excellent alternative for those who are simply unable to spare the time to attend 2 days in a classroom only course. When you have successfully completed both the online and classroom modules, you will be issued a wall certificate and wallet card.
All our first aid courses fully meet the UK and European Resuscitation Council Guidelines 2015 as per the HSE requirements. ProTrainings Vocational Training Qualifications (VTQ) are fully recognised by the HSE as Trade Body Qualifications.
The cost of the course is £75 and the online course is £25+VAT.

This 6 Hour Paediatric First Aid Course Level 3 (VTQ) meets the requirements of the voluntary part of the OFSTED childcare register, which many nannies, au pairs and those in equivalent job roles are opting to join. This course will give you all of the knowledge, hands on skill and confidence that you will need to deal with emergencies and spending time with child specific issues.
We also do a lot of general and adult first aid so you are able to deal with all eventualities.
It is £75pp including manual and certification.

We have another 1 day Emergency First Aid at Work Level 3 (VTQ) course in Windsor, Berkshire. This meets employers responsibilities set down by the HSE and is as recognised as St Johns and the Red Cross. The course is only £75pp including manual and certificate.
