Sandwiches freshly made daily, sausage rolls delicious and tea is also very good their prices are very reasonable

Was served 2 cold items from the hot cabinet, didn't realise until I had sat down and bitten into them that they were stone cold. When I approached a staff member he explained that they wernt allowed to reheat items (I fully understand this) and the others would be ready for 15 minutes. No offer of a refund, just a replacement sausage roll which was neither of similar value or taste from my original orders.
I like Greggs but this hasn't impressed me.

These premises leave a lot to be desired regarding cleanliness. Floor was covered with dirty napkins and food debris.
