Haven't purchased yet, but was in with my daughter today looking advice on bikes and what would be best for her as she is bike mad. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming even though just before closing. And Pete especially took time and talked us through what would be the best way to get her started on a bike.

Great customer service. Picked up the bike after getting some work done then got a puncture in Dromara. Cheers John for coming over and sorting it out!
