Last nights dinner ๐ฅฉ๐ฅ๐ช For the next four weeks i will be in a maintenance phase of training to give my body a bit of a break from the heavy awkward stuff ๐ and give my body time to heal and repair ๐ช A big part of that process is also getting the correct NUTRITION in, in order to aid the recovery process ๐ There will still be quite a lot of food in my diet as i want to maintain muscle mass, but i will be quite restrictive with what foods I am eating during the next four weeks, i should drop a little body fat too ๐ #maintenance #strength #muscle #qualityfood #nutrients #recovery
