We are an experienced team of professionals who have been advising business for the past 30 years.

The original practice was formed in 1980 by Billy and Dorreen McClintock as Ards Business Services to provide accountancy and consultancy services to smaller businesses. It traded in this guise for a number of years from Lower Mary Street, Newtownards and moved to the current premises in April 1989.

In 1998 the practice merged with Thompson, Caldwell and Caldwell McClintock was formed and continued to practice from William Street, Newtownards.

There has been a gradual expansion over the years. IN 2009 Lesley Ann Kelso was promoted to Office manager and became a partner in April 2012.

For some time we had been considering how to improve and make our services more effective ensuring that the best customer service was provided. We decided it was about time to completely overhaul and re-vamp our image.

So "Guardian" was formed.

Central to our vision is a one stop shop where all business services are provided by helpful and friendly partners and staff.

All our standard packages have a set price so your costs are fixed prior to us commencing work.
