For the last decade I've found one of my homes to be behind a drum kit. Working in 'Charles Laird Drums' in Warwick throughout my teenage years I found myself immersed in drumming. Surrounded by good people, and a good helping of madness too. Teaching my first student at 15, my weekly students grew until i came to university at Queens Belfast to study Astrophysics. Teaching any age, 4 the youngest and 76 the oldest.

During my time at university the focus was on the new material i was learning, however, now with a Masters 2: 1, I'm again creating music. Currently playing with Electric Octopus, links available on this page.

Lessons are based down in the Electric Octopus HQ down at the Blackstaff Mill, on the Springfield road, behind the petrol station. Lessons are £10 a half hour and £20 an hour. I would like to keep the price this low to try and allow anyone the opportunity to learn.
