We started making chilli jams in the summer of 2013 to use up an excess of chillis we had grown. Certain people in our household have since developed an obsession with growing chilli plants and all things chilli. Most of the chillis we use in our jams are grown in our own back garden. Most of the fruit and vegetables in our chutneys are also from our own garden. We use simple, basic ingredients, no artificial colours or preservatives added. Each batch of jam or chutney is handmade and unique. we think you will agree the taste is second to none! Try our products with cheese & crackers, with Pork Pies, to liven up a stirfry, with Sunday Roasts, pates, cold cuts, the possibilities are endless! I've even heard it said our Pineapple Naplam goes fab on vegetarian pizza!
