Very help full at all times manager very help full ok

Ordered a radio and windscreen wipers online. Called into the store today, I had asked at the checkout section to have them fitted, for a reasonable amount, and was greeted by a super friendly guy at the Lisburn branch, CHRIS. Nothing was too much trouble for this guy. He was very cheerful and courteous and I had also asked if he could look at a little light that was coming on.which wasn't on my order. He tried his best to fix it but to no avail. It was a mechanical issue. After paying for the items.Chris reassured me if anything should go wrong, just to call back. In this day and age it's hard to find such a lovely guy who goes above and beyond his duties. So happy with the service and a massive THANK YOU CHRIS.

Bought a car roof box at store. Although the staff didn't have time to fit it for me they were more than helpful in providing me with the tools to fit it in the carpark & check that it was safely fitted before I left.

Avoid if you can, staff lack knowledge and don't seem to want to help. Store is poorly stocked and you always have to wait ages to be served, even when the store is empty. Twice we've reserved items for click and collect and they've been out if stock when we've got there.

Lisburn Auto Parts is practically next door and will get you sorted quickly and with no fuss.

It's alright, decent range of products, ok prices but nothing to write about. Always feels under staffed, have been in at different times and always have to wait for staff both in shop and at tills- when available staff have been friendly and helpful though.

Avoid at all costs!! Spent upwards of £1000 in one year on a road bike and accessories. Had a "Halfords Brand" bike pump installed on the back bar by "Halfords specialists". 6 months later while cycling down hill the pump broke free from the rubber grip used to hold it in place. The pump got caught in the back wheel causing me to come off my bike, luckily there were no cars behind me. My back wheel was wrecked and Bike frame scratched So I took it to Halfords explained what had happened and was told by an employe that the rubber that broke loose could have been caused by the weather and it's always best to keep your pump in a backpack! Left the bike in for repair but when It was time to collect it I was told by the manager that the "Specialists" we're not going to be repairing the bike as it was not covered under warrantee!! The manager told me the rubber couldn't have broken or ripped as it was strong rubber?! I asked the manager if I could speak to someone higher up and he told me to contact customer service! Stay well clear!! The only reason I gave one star was so I could warn people before thinking of buying from these cons!
