Early christmas at Halfway House Hotel

we called in on our way home from Ballycastle on spec. The place was buzzing. We thought we're not getting in. Well the girl who met us at the door could not have been more helpful found us a table for 6. The waiting staff were excellent friendly and very accomodating. The food was also 5star. Couldn't fault our experience . Could well become our go to place to eat, also very reasonably priced. will definately be back.

Wow food is exceptional, staff are fabulous and we’re looking forward to our breakfast in the morning. We will definitely be back again

Wendy, Dave and all the staff at the Halfway House – We just wanted to thank you for helping make our wedding day so special. The whole day was fantastic, your service and attention to detail was flawless. You made everything very easy and carefree for us.



Everyone who attended the wedding is still talking about how amazing the food was and the service provided by the staff, we really couldn’t fault anything. The Riviera suite was ideal for our wedding with lovely views over the Irish Sea and a great dance floor for our ceilidh!

Well what can I say..... Staff & food top notch, never disappoints, & a beautiful view of the Antrim coastline no matter what time of year.

Hadn't been in a while and was hoping they still did the stuffed pork.....and they do!!! Absolutely beautiful, have not found anywhere to beat it. The 3 of us had a beautiful meal, fantastic staff and a beautiful setting. Won't leave it as long next time Thank you all xx

Fantastic food, staff, atmosphere and view - all in one place and all excellent (as always!). Definitely recommend the Halfway very highly.

Drove by here so many times and never stopped off, first time visiting restaurant on Sunday. Didn't have a booking but they quickly found us a table even though they were very busy. Staff very pleasant and the food was delicious. Reasonably priced as well, will definitely be back :-)

Best food on the Antrim coast road ,family run hotel who work very hard to make sure your visit is as enjoyable as possible. Roast beef and sirloin steak to die for 😎

Excellent staff and cosy surroundings but overpriced. £15 for a kids Christmas dinner with some icecream is just too much. Unfortunately whoever took the booking didn't know the price for the kids meal so it was a bit of a shock on the night. Real shame.
