We are so excited to Introduce our Spanish podiatrist who will be with us for 6months. Welcome Olalla (O-lal-ee-a)to our team!!! It’s been so busy in the clinic that she will be helping to ease the workload and reduce the waiting list.

I was sitting in a Podiatry Clinic downtown, some 10 years ago. The Podiatrist attending to my feet was Gerardette. She confided in me that she was thinking of setting up her own practice. I said that I believed West Belfast needed a good Podiatry service. My advice was “Go for it”. I asked her to put me down as her first client. Today “Happy Feet Podiatry Clinic” is acknowledged as one of the best in Northern Ireland.

When I think about the staff in “Happy Feet” three words spring to mind – Gracious, Professional and Proficient.

Gracious: all the staff are warmly courteous and carry out their task in a pleasant, polite and calm way.

Professional: all members of staff have achieved standards of education and training that prepared them with the particular knowledge and skills necessary to perform their specific role within the field of podiatry. And they all adhere to strict codes of conduct, enshrining rigorous ethical and moral obligations.

Proficient: The staff are not just qualified, they are experienced, accomplished practitioners. In simple language, they do what they do do well.

I put “Gracious” first because I think it is so important. Some patients arrive anxious and depressed – their “feet are killing them”. The staff in “Happy Feet” put them at their ease. They aim to ensure that, as far as is humanly possible, the patient leaves “walking on air”.

Gerardette could not have chosen a more appropriate name for the clinic. Patients are surrounded by an ambience of happiness from they enter the clinic until they leave. Greeted by smiling faces on arrival patients are visibly relaxed as they wait patiently to be called. Gerardette leads by example. Her happy, smiling face would brighten up the darkest of days, and moods.

I visited Happy Feet for the first time today. What a lovely treatment by Caroline. I feel like I have just bought a brand new pair of feet, like walking on air, smooth as a baby's bum ��. I will be back and have promised myself to look after my feet with regular pampering. ���Thanks Caroline. X

I have thought long and hard about what I am going to write here all day so here goes, I have been following this page for a while now and finally plucked up the courage to make an appointment and today I walked into Happy Feet and words cannot describe how emotional I felt when leaving.

You see I hate my feet, I would never wear sandals and I would never let anyone else see my feet, but now I would show them to the world.

Today I had the most wonderful experience from the lovely Amy in reception, to Orlagh who reconstructed my toenails and to the lovely Geradette who made me feel normal and not some person with freaky infected toenails.

These girls made me feel so comfortable within myself and I can't thank them enough.

I am now the proud owner of perfectly reconstructed toe-nails.

Thank you to all you lovely ladies in Happy Feet. You are simply the best.

I had two verrucaes dry needled by Geradette and I had to have one redone. So I am hoping they are gone for good now. I have had them for up on 3 years and nothing shifted them. Happy feet is a great surgery and geradette is so nice and pleasant. I travelled from mayo to Belfast for the treatment as it is not done here in the republic just yet.

I had major problems with ingrown toe nails for almost 20 years and after getting nail surgery at Happy Feet I am finally sorted! People ask why I didn't go back to my GP for this and the simple answer is that Happy Feet are the best at what they do! The procedure and aftercare were faultless. I couldn't ask for a more friendly and professional service from Gerardette and all the girls. Whether it's nail surgery, verrucas or just getting your feet to look more presentable they have it covered!! Get booking!!

Had my first visit today my feet feel great and the girls were really lovely. Will be back �

Had an appointment last Saturday and had left my bank card in Donegal, I messaged Gerdette to see if they take PayPal payments, and yes they did, so glad I asked otherwise I would have had to cancel my appointment. So delighted that I was able to do the PayPal payment it is so easy a quick to to the transfer and it was received almost straight away great result. Thanks again Gerdette had a great treatment and have lovely soft feet for my Happy Holidays.

First visit today.. didnt catch the lovely girls name who turned my monster feet into things of beauty.. last time they felt this soft i was 3 years old.. what a professional service.. hapoy and friendly staff.. will be reommending highly to all my friends and family.. thank you so much xx

I take my mummy to Happy Feet to have her feet done, I sit in with her while she is having her feet attended to by Gerdette and every time I say to myself I’m going to have my feet done to experience the feeling my mummy has when she leaves, so I did and I can tell you I should have done before. The staff are lovely and very helpful and I have to say you could not meet a nicer person than Gerdette she is so professional and through in what she does it was an excellent experience thank you Happy Feet .

Had an appointment today at 3pm when i got there was told no appointment i show my appointnent card to orlaigh who was on the desk. Geardette was standing there then went to the back when she heard me saying about my appointment and didnt come out when i asked for her.

I didnt like the way i was treated today when i have been going there for years me and my mum will not be back.

You have lost two good customers.
