Doing this will limit the amount of times your teeth come into contact unhealthy drinks.

Visiting your dentist as frequently as they recommend means problems can be spotted and treated early.

🌟🌟 My Six Month Smiles Story! ⭐⭐
This is Leanna's first blog post about her initial Six Month Smiles experience as promised and how the treatment feels to date! 😁 Stay tuned for her next blog post.
... ➡️ Why I decided on Six Months Smile:
I used to be happy with my smile, my top teeth were relatively straight and my bottom teeth where uneven but this did not bother me. However, recently I have noticed this more in photos which has made me self-conscious causing me to stop smiling in photographs etc. When I joined the team in Harbour Dental in January, all my colleagues had lovely straight, white teeth and it made me want straight, white teeth too!
I watched all the fantastic results with Clive’s and Michael’s 6 Months Smiles patients and it really made my mind up to have something done. Michael kindly gave Clive the go ahead to get the consultation done! I had my consultation with Clive and I don’t know why but I was nervous! Clive explained everything thoroughly to me, he took some X-rays and some pictures of my smile. Clive gave me a treatment plan of what he expected to do and said that my next step was to get my impressions done. I was excited but at the same time a little nervous.
➡️ Impressions:
I put off making this appointment for a while as I was thinking very vainly about what I would look like with braces! I spoke to Kelly our head nurse at the practice and she was very honest by saying they were a little uncomfortable for the first week or two but I would get used to them. After that I thought I could cope with some discomfort for a week to achieve the smile that I have always wanted. It took about 20 minutes for Clive to take the moulds of my upper and lower teeth, this was completely comfortable and painless and I actually felt excited to start my treatment.
➡️ Braces on:
My impressions went off to America and within two weeks my braces were back!! I got butterflies in my tummy thinking about it! Clive found a gap in his diary and thought, lets do this! Being in the chair was weird, I saw my little box of brackets on the side and thought “gosh, this is real!” About an hour later it was all done, my top and bottom braces were on and it was completely painless again. Clive gave me the mirror and to be completely honest I was fine with the appearance. They did feel quite alien, not sore but just odd. When I left I went straight to my friends to see what they thought, and it took them a while to even realize I had braces so that was a good sign and put me at ease. I will keep blogging about my experience, so come back soon and find out how I’m getting on .

Just finished the 6 months smile treatment. Delighted with the results. Excellent professional service from all the staff. Would highly recommend.

I went last week to get lip fillers from Trudi and it was fantastic. Trudy was so reassuring and made me feel at ease. I have had lip fillers before but have never been numbed for the experience and I will never go back to not being numbed again, it was so easy and I didn’t feel a thing! And most importantly she did them exactly how I wanted them! I would highly recommend.

I am so scared off dentist ..these guys are amazing put me right at ease an thankfully got tooth sorted �
