Only gave one star as I couldn't select zero.

Worst customer experience of my life at their Hollywood, Belfast store. Due to a mess up in the delivery (their fault), I decided to pick up the single bed myself. Despite this they refused to refund the delivery charge of £29.

Found the manager Terry to be obstinate and unpleasant. Will never shop here again and would encourage others to do likewise. Terry could do with some additional customer service training!!

Very good place with reasonable prices

Will not be using Harvey Norman again. Had many many problems from start to finish of a very simple order. The issues were mostly with the staff - too many to go into detail. Customer service is apalling and staff require proper management and training which they obviously haven't received. Delivery men were professional & helpful but I cannot advise strongly enough to make sure you shop elsewhere.
