Harvey Norman

First visit to Harvey Norman's. Staff were so helpful and made to feel welcome in the store. Lunch was tasty and I loved the veggie choice. Prices and variety of goods on offer was good and I will defiantly be back.

Have only visited the cafe, which is superb. Fully worth 5 stars

Disappointed.
Waited on delivery of 2 bedside cabinets for 10 and half weeks which were promised in 6-8 weeks. Delivered flatpacked. I had been assured both items would be fully assembled. I had to pay an extra £25.00 for this service. Between first ordering and delivery a sale had reduced these cabinets but the manager told the sales girl I aporoached, he could do nothing for me, even though we were waiting over the promised delivery timescale . Would not be rushing back to this shop as feel very let down.

Bought a coffee table from Boucher Road Harvey Norman. Totally mislead by the sales rep. The New Haven coffee table displayed in store which i purchased was 4 inches bigger than the one which i was delivered. After 2 trips back and forth from the store thinking i was just seeing things, i measured the tables to find that the table given to me was 4 inches smaller. I spoke with the manager who needed a day to make sure i was telling the truth. A day later he called me to say that this particular tables specification had changed and he wasnt aware and they come now in the smaller size. He offered me to come into the store again and would sort things out for me. To my horror is seen the same table still on display(the bigger one) misleading others. When i asked for a good deal on the one o display as it had marks on it i was met with aggression from the sales rep who was already aware of the mess around i had experienced. It seemed like he was ready waiting for an argument. Total embarrassment in a shop full of other customers. I would never purchase from this company again. I am left with the wrong table and no means to take it back for refund. I know my family and friends will be horrified when i share ny experience with them. Its enough to put them off shopping there too.
