bitterly disappointed by the service received from Hayes Fuels, didn't deliver after i paid extra for a priority delivery, especially as the temperatures were below zero

Got 2 pallets of wood pellets delivered. Both had bags burst. I took pictures and emailed them with no reply. Some weeks later I noticed something dark falling into the hopper while emptying a bag. It was a piece of a pallet 6 inches long. I had to pour each bag out onto a clean floor to remove small pieces of coal, wood, metal, cement & corn niblets. I emailed the pictures and Hayes eventual response was to sell me another pallet at an increased price to my original purchase. 5 months on and nothing resolved. Not Good Enough!!

Dont deliver as promised or when paid too... useless!!!!
