Start of Term Details 2018-2019
An information pack will be sent to parents in the post during the Summer Break.
THURSDAY 30TH AUGUST 2018... Year 8 SCHOOL COMMENCES FOR YEAR 8 ON THURSDAY 30th AUGUST at 9.10am. Year 8 students should make their way to the Assembly Hall at 9:10 AM. Year 8 students will require a pair of earphones/headphones on this day. These can be purchased for as little as £1 in discount shops. This is NOT a full day. Students will finish at 12.30pm, there are no morning or afternoon school buses, parents must arrange transport to and from school. Students will have a break time at 10.45am. Students will have an optional ‘grab and go’ lunch from 12.30 – 1.00pm.
THURSDAY 30TH AUGUST 2018 Year 9 and Upwards - Student Interviews - THURSDAY 30TH AUGUST 2018 Some students have been selected for Parental Interviews, details will be sent to you in the post.
YEAR 8 & YEAR 13– FRIDAY 31ST AUGUST 2018 Both year groups attend from 9.10am – 12.45pm. This is NOT a full school day. Students will finish at 12.45pm. Students will have a break time at 10.45am. Students will have an optional grab and go lunch at 12.45 – 1.15pm. Students can be collected/leave from 12.45 – 1.15pm. There are no morning or afternoon school buses, parents must arrange transport.
All Students – MONDAY 3RD SEPTEMBER 2018 Full school days commence on Monday 3rd September.

Mrs O'Hare took her last assembly at Hazelwood today and gave her pupils some advice for life. She said that she was proud of them and that they were wonderful young people, proud of their school, family and of North Belfast. She wished them every success before saying the Peace Prayer with them for the last time. As a last memory the students gathered with Mrs O'Hare for a photograph outside Graymount House.
