It’s over a year now since Siobhan was diagnosed with Cancer. We have got behind every conceivable fundraising effort imaginable and we cannot thank you all enough for this. Sadly however, it seems it’s going to take a lot more than money to save our friend Siobhan. We invite you all to Clanvaraghan Chapel tomorrow night(Monday 29th) at 7pm to ask God for a miracle
... Please come and join us!

Apologies on the slow update from my lastest Scan results. This one has been hard to take in and write about. My January Scan results were not what I wanted to hear, the tumours in my liver have slightly grown in size and the smaller tumours are starting to join together, but on the plus side the tumour in my bowel has remained stable. I had become immune to the original chemotherapy, meaning my body had started to reject it. As a result of this my oncologist decided to off...er me second line palliative treatment with OMDG, along side the Avastin. This meant I had to have PICC line inserted through my left arm to enable this treatment to continue. Alongside my chemo treatment, the palliative care team are working on managing my pain to try to improve my quality of life, as this past while I have been struggling to function with daily activities.
My next CT scan is in a couple of weeks. Once again I would like to thank everyone for their continued support, prayers and love.

We would like to pass on our deepest condolences to the family and friends of Joe Fryday and to all the members of Dulwhich Harps, who sadly passed away at the beginning of the week. He was great supporter of Dulwich Harps and was most recently out at the fundraiser for Siobhan in Greenford last October.
Big night tomorrow night!

An update from Siobhan
Happy New Year and Thank you to all who have supported me throughout 2018. I was suppose to start back on treatment today after a break over Christmas but it has been deferred to next week, as my oncologist said my body needs another weeks break. I will be on cycle 10 of chemotherapy and session 5 of Avastin. The tumour in my bowel has reduced in size and the tumours in my liver are gradually decreasing. My next scan is the end of January.... Thank you for your continued support, Here’s hoping 2019 is good to me.
