Helping Ex-Offenders get their lives back on track after leaving prison. Giving Advice on benefits, employment, housing, life in the real world and coping.

Helping Hands (Belfast) is a local organisation who seek to help ex-offenders, people at risk of offending, and those who have just been released from prison, to make a "Fresh Start" in their new life. We believe in second chances, and not judging people by their past mistakes, but seeing the potential for their future. We work to make sure that potential becomes a reality.

We help people with advice, benefits, employment seeking, family liason and advice. Run by ex-prisoners, who themselves found it hard to adapt to life on the outside, we have the real world experience of dealing with getting back on your feet and turning our own lives around.

Based in Belfast, we work with people all over Northern Ireland and can offer to support and help people in anyway that we can.
