Rented a car for 8 days. Although I had already paid for CDW insurance, the agent tricked me (yes "tricked") me into signing for Super CDW and a fuel refill. They do this through vague sentences where they get you to imply your agreement and then fill out the form accordingly. Yes, I did not look closely and I signed it (my fault), but I do not appreciate the crafty language and misleading sales techniques.

over charged and even though i returned the car valeted and fully fueled they still didn't put my deposit back. instead they charged me £80 extra
